1. Free Trial Policy

We offer a free trial period (typically 7–14 days) for new users to explore the features of Pipermind LLC. During this time, you can evaluate the platform without being charged. No refunds will be provided once a subscription is purchased after the trial.


2. Subscription Billing

Pipermind LLC operates on a prepaid subscription model (monthly, quarterly, or annually). All charges are billed in advance for the selected billing period.


3. Refund Eligibility

We do not offer refunds for partial months of service, downgrade refunds, or unused time within a subscription. However, refunds may be issued in the following cases:

    • Accidental Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times due to a system error.

    • Technical Issues: If the service was inaccessible due to critical technical faults on our end and our support team was unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.

    • Unauthorized Charges: If you believe your account was used fraudulently.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge in question.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

    • Change of mind after purchasing a subscription

    • Inability to use the software due to unsupported environments (e.g., outdated browser)

    • Lack of usage of the service

    • Cancellation requests made after the renewal has been processed


5. Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the billing cycle, and no further charges will be applied. No prorated refunds will be issued for unused days.


6. How to Request a Refund

We aim to process all refund inquiries within 30–60 business days.
